Neil Broom brings a unique combination of high-performance experience, attention to detail, and a passion for building to his role as Managing Director of Fowler Homes Dunedin. After a 20-year professional cricket playing career at the highest level, Neil has developed the discipline, focus, and ability to perform under pressure – skills that translate directly into managing complex construction projects and delivering outstanding results for clients.
Construction has always been a personal passion for Neil. From renovating his own investment properties to developing new homes, he has honed a keen eye for detail and design, ensuring every project meets the highest standard of workmanship. Known as the ultimate perfectionist, Neil is dedicated to delivering homes that not only meet but exceed client expectations. As Owner Operators, Neil and Melissa lead the Dunedin branch with drive, integrity, and a hands-on approach, personally overseeing projects, building strong relationships with clients and trades, and ensuring Fowler Homes continues its mission to design and deliver trusted, high-quality homes across Otago.About Us
