About Fowler Homes
K Fowler Construction Ltd was established in Christchurch on 15 June 1984. We opened our first display centre on Lewis Street and soon became a pioneer in designing and building quality homes across the region.
Expanding the Business
In 1999 the company name and logo changed to K Fowler Homes, the following year the business expanded to Marlborough and by 2005 the business had expanded to over 12 new regions of New Zealand.
Today the company is known simply as Fowler Homes, we have licensees in the far north to the deep south, and our people are local experts when it comes to designing and building your dream home.

We take pride in our work, looking after our communities and building quality homes that suit your style of living, your section, and your budget.

Hope Home
There are many ways a business can support their local community, but what if you could help a charitable organisation by doing something that you are already good at?
As a group home builder, we know how to build quality homes for Kiwis, we’ve been doing it for almost 40 years. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility this year our commitment is to build a home for charity. Fowler Homes has proudly partnered with Gumboot Friday and the I Am Hope Foundation to build a home then auction it entirely for the charity so they can continue to provide youth mental health services across Aotearoa.
