What is Shotover Rise, and where is it?
Shotover Rise is above Shotover Country, off Ladies Mile. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Queenstown, 10 minutes to Arrowtown, and 25 minutes to Coronet Peak ski field.
What is a turnkey package?
An agreement to purchase a fully completed home. You make a $1,000 deposit, and the balance is paid on completion. Fowler Homes manage all aspects of the build, and keep you informed weekly.
What deposit is required?
$1,000. All of our turnkey homes have this deposit rate until 31 August 2026.
Do you have finance options?
Yes. We can help you access finance through local mortgage teams or Squirrel.
What changes can I make to the build contract?
You will be able to select upgrades to add to your build. Any changes after your initial build contract will be added as a variation.
Can I select interior colours and materials?

What services are provided?
