We had never wanted to build a house as it always seemed like a lot of stress with contractors, build time running over, costs coming in over budget etc. We then had our house at the time sell quicker than anticipated at a price we couldn't refuse and after searching tirelessly for a new house decided we would only get what we wanted if we built.

After meeting with a number of different building franchises we decided to go ahead and partner with Fowler Homes Auckland (North, West & Rodney). This decision was made based on their high levels of professionalism, willingness to accommodate our requests and their ability to translate our far-fetched ideas into reality.

From day one we were met with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude and this continued throughout the duration of our build and onwards into their after sales service. The stress of building was nothing like we anticipated as there was none!!! Fowler Homes managed every step of the process and all we had to concern ourselves with was the fun stuff like our shopping and design choices!! Even finances weren’t a problem as we had no hidden costs or surprises.

We love our new home and plan to enjoy it for the foreseeable future but when the times comes for us to move again we will be looking for land and ringing Fowler Homes to start our second build.
