We have real pleasure in recommending Jason Reid and Tony Sarich of Fowler Homes New Plymouth who built our home in 2023.

We are delighted with our new home. It reflects our design brief and individual preferences. It is beautiful inside and out and a pleasure to live in.

Building with Jason and Tony was very much a partnership. They were very mindful of the trust we had placed in them in and supported us right through from the initial design to the build, gaining Code of Compliance, and addressing any minor issues that needed attention once we had moved in. Their attention to detail and high standards of construction were apparent throughout. They were also flexible when we wanted to make minor changes to the original plan.

The communication was excellent. Jason and Tony kept us up to date around what was happening and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Builder Trend was a great tool to keep track of the building process and financial aspects, and we are pleased to say that the build came in on time.

Having a Master Builders Guarantee was important to us during construction and is very reassuring for us as we think to the future.

As well as being professional in their approach, Tony and Jason are really personable guys – honest, reliable and available. They were concerned to provide a great service and for the experience to be as stress free for us as possible.
