As Owner Operators, Neil and Melissa lead the Dunedin branch with drive, integrity, and a hands-on approach, personally overseeing projects, building strong relationships with clients and trades, and ensuring Fowler Homes continues its mission to design and deliver trusted, high-quality homes across Otago.
