We have been in our new house at 21 Titirangi Drive with a few months now, and we are truly delighted with it. It was our first time venturing into building a house and so many people had told us beforehand to be prepared for it to be a long drawn-out affair full of delays and difficulties. With Shane and Megan however, it turned out to be quite the opposite. They did a wonderful job of guiding us through the whole process without ever feeling rushed or hassled. Nothing was too big an issue, we were given lots of choices and flexibility, and they made the whole procedure as enjoyable as possible.

Shane’s team did a fantastic job of building our house. The building site was always kept as clean and tidy as could be. The neighbours in particular were very pleased and commented on this several times.

We would like to acknowledge all the efforts put in by the contractors, all of whom were very professional and very approachable. They all did a great job for us and we really appreciate it.

We would particularly like to mention the painters, Jeff and his team. Jeff’s attention to detail was incredible and many people have commented to us about the wonderful finish to the interior walls of our home. Jeff even returned after we had shifted in, so he could touch up on any marks on the walls that may have occurred during the moving in process.

We are very proud of our dream home and we are looking forward to many years of comfort and happiness in it. We have received nothing but high praise for it from our friends and colleagues when they come to visit.

We cannot thank Shane and Megan enough for what they have done for us. With them in charge, we had nothing to worry about. They have turned our dream into a reality. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is considering building a house. They really are the best!
