As 21 & 22 year old full time workers, Bryan and I chose Fowler Homes to represent us with the build of our first home. We had looked at other companies to go with, but found that we would have the best working relationship with Shane and Megan. They were both very down-to-earth people and were easy to relate to and get along with (both professionally and socially).
From what I had been told, building a house was a stressful process and having a Project Manager work with us made the job very easy. It was great having them both suggest ideas and changes that would be beneficial to our build and help save costs where possible. As mentioned, it was our first home and we were very disciplined about sticking to our budget.
